Seamless butt welding fittings are being made from seamless pipe and tube by either a cold or hot forming procedure. It is produced directly from a part of a seamless pipe material, by simply applying pressure and heat to alter the pipe directly into some other shape or at least in an elbow shape. A seamless fitting is having no joined sections by itself, which is a feature demanded in a few significant applications. If compared, a normal butt weld fitting has one, two or more joins, depending on the shape and dimension, along with manufacturing process.
